Dubai South has highlighted its latest residential and commercial developments and reaffirmed its growing role in Dubai's long-term urban expansion strategy during a strategic engagement with officials from Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The master development, which spans aviation, logistics and real estate sectors, hosted a DLD delegation for a workshop and site tour showcasing new projects by Dubai South Properties, alongside the district's integrated infrastructure and master-planned communities.
The engagement comes as Dubai continues to advance the objectives of the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, which aims to strengthen the emirate's position as one of the world's most attractive destinations for real estate investment and sustainable urban development.
During the workshop, Dubai South outlined the progress of its ongoing projects and highlighted its contribution to Dubai's growth as a hub for living, business, aviation and logistics. The delegation was also briefed on the development's expanding ecosystem and its role in supporting economic diversification and population growth.
Officials later toured key residential and commercial projects across Dubai South, reviewing development progress and operational capabilities across the district.
The visit forms part of DLD's broader engagement with major developers and industry stakeholders to monitor market trends, exchange knowledge and identify opportunities that support the continued growth and competitiveness of Dubai's real estate sector.
The discussions underscored the close collaboration between Dubai South and DLD as the emirate pursues ambitious plans to expand its real estate market and enhance its global investment appeal.
Dubai South, home to the expansion of Dubai's aviation and logistics infrastructure around Al Maktoum International Airport, has emerged as one of the city's largest urban development projects, attracting increasing interest from investors, businesses and homebuyers seeking connectivity, integrated communities and long-term growth potential.
