Versatile International, the first fully integrated stone project management consultancy in the Middle East region, said it has started delivering end-to-end stone project management consultancy services for Qiddiya City, one of the world’s most ambitious integrated city developments coming up in Saudi Arabia.
The world's first city conceived entirely around the Power of Play, Qiddiya will come up over a sprawling 360 sq km area in the Tuwaiq Mountains.
It will also boast a range of theme parks including Six Flags Qiddiya City (home to the record-breaking Falcons Flight coaster), Aquarabia (Saudi Arabia’s first dedicated water park), and the world’s only Dragon Ball Theme Park and also the Gaming & Esports District.
The project includes extensive residential, retail, and hotel construction. When complete, it will be home to 500,000 residents and welcome more than 40 million visitors a year.
A key highlight of the project is the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, which is designed for major events like the 2034 FIFA World Cup, as well as a Performing Arts Centre and the Mercedes-AMG World of Performance.
The contract was awarded by Saudi PIF unit Qiddiya Investment Company to Versatile International for the global destination being set up around the concept of the “Power of Play.” bringing together entertainment, sports, and culture, said a company spokesman.
