UK-based FDI Group has expanded its regional operations with the launch of Fire Dynamics International. This comes following the recent launch of FDI Consultancy Services in the UAE.
As a specialist fire protection contractor, it delivers passive and active fire protection systems across commercial, residential and industrial developments.
Fire Dynamics International works with developers, principal contractors, consultants, facilities managers and building owners, supporting new-builds and existing buildings with tailored solutions designed to protect properties and their occupants throughout the lifecycle.
Provided by a team of highly qualified engineers, services include fire door installation, fire stopping, compartmentation, penetration sealing and passive fire remediation, alongside active fire protection systems, helping clients stay compliant while improving the long-term safety and resilience of their assets, said the company in a statement.
The new business strengthens FDI Group's presence in the UAE by adding a dedicated contracting division alongside its independent fire safety consultancy, enabling clients to access a turnkey solution spanning fire strategy, consultancy, installation, remediation and ongoing compliance.
The company has already secured several high-profile projects, including full active and passive fire installation at DIFC’s Index Tower, with the same scope of works also due to commence shortly at Eywa Tower in Business Bay.
