Diyar Al Muharraq, a leading real estate development company in Bahrain, will be showcasing its new selection of residential plots across the kingdom at the second edition of the 'Innovation Summit in the Social Housing Sector 2026' event which opens this week in capital Manama.
Held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the event will run from September 29 to October 3 at Exhibition World Bahrain.
It is being organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and Eskan Bank, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
With the five-day expo providing a platform to exchange knowledge and showcase housing experiences from across the GCC, it is set to attract strong participation from across the region, said the Bahraini developer, which is the Platinum Sponsor for the event.
The event will see leading real estate developers, banks and financial institutions presenting a broad array of projects, housing solutions and financing options, it stated.
Diyar Al Muharraq said during the event it will be showcasing a new selection of residential plots while extending an exclusive offer to visitors at its pavilion.
The initiative reflects the company’s ongoing dedication to expanding its residential offerings for citizens looking to build their homes within well-planned, integrated communities, it stated.
