The Kuwait-based real estate company said it retained certification for ISO 9001:2015 for quality management, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety management.
The certifications apply to the operations of Al Hamra Shopping Center and Al Hamra Business Tower and follow an audit assessing the company's management systems against international standards.
The Kuwaiti group said the enhancement strategy is built on a set of strategic pillars that include strengthening brand equity, improving operational efficiency and financial flexibility, integrating sustainability across its operations, and developing its competitive advantage.
It also focuses on building a comprehensive operating model that supports sustainable growth and consolidates its position as a leading company in real estate management.
This achievement reflects Al Hamra’s commitment to maintaining effective management systems in line with international standards, supporting the requirements of quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety, it stated.

The ISO recertification follows other recent recognitions for Al Hamra Shopping Center, including a Diamond Classification under Kuwait's Ministry of Health "Health-Enhanced Mall" initiative in 2025 after receiving a score of 94%. The shopping centre also received awards for promoting physical activity, community engagement and environmental sustainability, the company said.
